About the Role:

Emerging Stars Learning Center is looking for an enthusiastic and creative

STEM Trainer

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about inspiring young minds through

Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics

. You'll be responsible for delivering fun, hands-on sessions in

Robotics, Coding, and Innovation

, helping children build curiosity, confidence, and problem-solving skills for the future.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging, hands-on

STEM, Robotics, and Coding

sessions for children across different age groups (5-14 years). Prepare and deliver lessons aligned with the center's curriculum using tools like

LEGO Education, Arduino, Scratch, Python

, and other STEM kits. Inspire creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills through project-based learning. Guide students during robotics builds, coding challenges, and innovation projects. Maintain a safe, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment for all students. Assist in curriculum development and continuous improvement of STEM modules. Evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback. Support events such as

STEM fairs, competitions, workshops, and exhibitions.

Collaborate with other trainers and management to enhance teaching methods and student engagement. Stay updated with emerging technologies and educational trends in STEM education.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor's degree in

Engineering, Computer Science, Education

, or related field. Experience teaching or mentoring students in robotics, coding, or STEM programs (preferred). Strong knowledge of programming tools such as

Scratch, Python, or Arduino

. Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
