We are seeking a passionate and skilled

Robotics Trainer / STEM Education Specialist

to join our dynamic education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), with hands-on experience in robotics platforms like LEGO Mindstorms, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging and interactive STEM and robotics training sessions for students (ages 6-16 or higher education levels). Design lesson plans, workshops, and project-based learning modules aligned with STEM curriculum goals. Facilitate coding, robotics, and innovation challenges to promote hands-on learning. Maintain and troubleshoot robotics equipment and software used in training. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. Support in organizing STEM fairs, competitions, and outreach programs. Collaborate with educators and staff to enhance learning experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or related field (preferred). Experience teaching or training in robotics/STEM (1-3 years). Knowledge of programming languages (Scratch, Python, Blockly, etc.). Familiarity with educational robotics kits (LEGO, VEX, Arduino, etc.). Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Passion for innovation, education, and technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

Teaching certification or STEM education diploma. Experience working in schools, training centers, or ed-tech companies. Ability to adapt content for different age groups and skill levels.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
