About Us:

We are a leading STEM, robotics, and coding institute committed to providing high-quality education and training to children and teenagers aged 10-17. Our specialized courses, accredited by NCFE, offer in-depth instruction in programming and game design using industry-standard platforms.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as an NCFE Trainer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming, particularly in object-oriented programming (OOP) using Python and/or programming in Unreal Engine. They should be passionate about teaching and mentoring young learners and have experience debugging code and troubleshooting technical issues.

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging lessons and hands-on activities focused on programming and game design for students aged 10-17 years. Teach students industry-standard programming concepts, with a focus on object-oriented programming (OOP) using Python and/or guide students through the process of creating their own games using Unreal Engine, from concept to completion. Provide individualized support and feedback to students to help them develop their programming and game design skills. Assist students in debugging their code and troubleshooting technical issues that arise during project development. Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment where students feel empowered to explore and experiment with new ideas. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in programming and game design, and incorporate relevant updates into curriculum development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, game design, or a related field. Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP) using Python, with experience developing and debugging code. Experience designing and developing games using Unreal Engine or similar game development platforms. Previous experience teaching or mentoring children and teenagers aged 10-17 in programming or game design. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire young learners. Patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic about working with students of varying skill levels and backgrounds.

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per day
