Design and set up our fabrication lines from scratch (layout, equipment, workflows)
Deliver spot-on estimations & BOQs for steel, aluminum, glass, GI/MS projects
Lead daily production: cutting, welding, bending, assembly, finishing & QC
Manage materials inventory and sourcing efficiently
Optimize processes for speed, cost savings, and zero waste
Guide CNC, surface treatments, and glass-integrated designs
Collaborate with sales/design teams and mentor growing talent
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's in Mechanical/Production Engineering
5+ years in steel & metal fabrication
Proven experience building/scaling fabrication operations from zero
Expert in estimation for steel, aluminum, glass & GI/MS works
Skilled in AutoCAD/SolidWorks
UAE/GCC experience a big plus
Strong leader, problem-solver, fluent in English (Arabic bonus)
Ready to base in Sharjah
