PTI Fabrication is looking for an experienced
Fabrication Production Engineer
to oversee manufacturing processes, optimize production efficiency, and ensure timely project execution. The ideal candidate will have7+ years of hands-on experience in metal fabrication, structural steel, or related industries
, with expertise inproduction planning, resource allocation, and quality control
.Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Scheduling:
Develop and monitor production schedules to meet project deadlines. Coordinate with procurement, workshop, and QC teams for smooth workflow. Optimize resource utilization (manpower, machinery, materials).
?
Process Improvement:
Implement lean manufacturing and cost-saving techniques. Troubleshoot production bottlenecks and improve efficiency. Ensure compliance with
ASME, AWS, EN, or ISO standards
.?
Quality & Safety Compliance:
Work with QC teams to maintain product quality standards. Enforce safety protocols (OSHA/UAELabour Law compliance). Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective actions.

Team Coordination:
Supervise fabrication teams (welders, fitters, machinists). Train staff on new machinery/processes when required. Liaise with project managers and clients for technical requirements.

Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain production logs, progress reports, and KPIs. Prepare material consumption and waste reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
?
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering.
?
7+ years in fabrication (Oil & Gas, Structural Steel, Pressure Vessels, etc.).
? Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
