Fabrication CAD Engineer

to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

As a

Fabrication CAD Engineer

, you will be an integral part of our engineering and production departments. Your main responsibility will be to extract accurate Bills of Quantity (BOQs) from client drawings to support quotation and project planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Drawings & Documentation

Develop precise shop drawings based on project requirements. Prepare material submittals for client and internal approvals.

Production Coordination

Oversee and monitor production workflows and operations. Compile and submit regular progress and performance reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience within the steel fabrication industry. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. In-depth understanding of structural steel components (e.g., flat bars, angles, pipes, channels, H-beams, I-beams) and their applications. Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
