Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update static and reference data within core banking and financial systems including Murex, Bloomberg, Intellect T24, and related applications
• Support centralized data operations serving multiple regions and business units
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all systems supported by the reference data team
• Facilitate efficient trade booking, settlement, and straight-through processing activities
• Follow departmental policies, procedures, and standard operating instructions to ensure controlled and compliant operations
• Demonstrate adherence to organizational values, ethics, and internal control standards
• Assist in preparing timely and accurate operational reports in line with departmental requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on system efficiency, process sustainability, and cost optimization

Ideal Profile

• Diploma or higher qualification
• Basic understanding of the full trade lifecycle within a banking environment
• 2-3 years of banking experience across operational or support functions
• Previous exposure to reference or static data maintenance considered an advantage
• Strong computer literacy with the ability to work across multiple systems
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight operational deadlines
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively within a team
