Key Responsibilities
Identify, analyze, and map all internal and external stakeholders related to infrastructure projects, maintaining an up-to-date stakeholder register.
Develop and implement stakeholder engagement and communication plans aligned with project objectives and timelines.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear, consistent, and professional communication.
Manage relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and project partners to secure permits, approvals, and compliance.
Address stakeholder concerns, resolve conflicts, and escalate critical issues to project leadership when required.
Identify, monitor, and mitigate stakeholder-related risks and update the project risk register accordingly.
Prepare regular reports, meeting minutes, and documentation related to stakeholder engagement and authority coordination.
Engage with local communities through consultations and outreach activities to maintain a positive project image.
Integrate stakeholder requirements into project planning and guide project teams on priorities, sensitivities, and engagement protocols.
Review engagement strategies, apply best practices, and document lessons learned to improve future project outcomes.
Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in stakeholder management, project coordination, or related roles on large or complex projects.
Proven experience working on Abu Dhabi-based infrastructure or development projects.
Strong understanding of regulatory, authority, and compliance requirements within Abu Dhabi.
Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
