Key Responsibilities

  • Manage expectations, address concerns, and resolve conflicts to maintain positive long-term relationships.

Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline.
  • At least five years of stakeholder management experience on complex or large-scale projects.
  • Proven ability to navigate diverse stakeholder groups including government authorities, contractors, and community representatives.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with stakeholder management tools and reporting systems.
  • Good understanding of project management principles and governance models.
  • Knowledge of risk management approaches and sustainability considerations.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership presence and ability to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Understanding of UAE business culture and regional stakeholder environments.
