Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement structured stakeholder engagement and communication strategies aligned with project goals.
• Identify and map stakeholder groups, assessing influence, expectations, and potential project impacts.
• Facilitate strong communication channels between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Manage expectations, address concerns, and resolve conflicts to maintain positive long-term relationships.
• Organize stakeholder workshops, coordination meetings, and engagement sessions.
• Ensure stakeholder requirements are incorporated into project plans, reports, and decision-making.
• Monitor stakeholder sentiment and prepare engagement updates for leadership.
• Maintain stakeholder management databases, logs, and documentation.
• Support risk identification and mitigation strategies related to stakeholder alignment.
• Represent AECOM at forums and industry events to strengthen relationships and build new networks.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline.
• At least five years of stakeholder management experience on complex or large-scale projects.
• Proven ability to navigate diverse stakeholder groups including government authorities, contractors, and community representatives.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Familiarity with stakeholder management tools and reporting systems.
• Good understanding of project management principles and governance models.
• Knowledge of risk management approaches and sustainability considerations.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong leadership presence and ability to influence senior decision-makers.
• Understanding of UAE business culture and regional stakeholder environments.
