We are seeking a

Stakeholder Manager

with a strong architectural background to join our consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders across various infrastructure and architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities. Ensure effective communication and coordination among all project stakeholders. Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns in a timely and professional manner. Attend meetings, prepare reports, and support project planning and delivery. Review and interpret architectural designs and project documents. Support the project team in obtaining approvals and clearances from relevant authorities. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies through engagement with stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (mandatory). 7-10 years of relevant experience in stakeholder management, preferably within a consultancy environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of architectural design, construction processes, and regulatory frameworks in the UAE. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders on large-scale projects. Must be available to join immediately. Native Arabic Speaker.
