MISSIONS:

Reporting to the HR Director of the Design & Build and International Business Unit, the main missions of the Staffing & Talent Acquisition Manager will be: * Talent Acquisition Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company\'s goals and growth plans.
  • Collaborate with senior management to understand current and future staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies accordingly.
  • Tender Staffing Strategy:
  • Develop and implement with the Bid Manager a staffing strategy for tender projects, in alignment with project goals and deadlines.
  • Recruitments:
  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters and staffing professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and mentorship to enhance their performance and career growth.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Utilize a variety of recruitment channels and methods to attract top talent, including social media, job boards, referrals, and partnerships with educational institutions.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates\' qualifications, cultural fit, and potential contributions to the organization.
  • Employer Branding and Employee Value Proposition (EVP):
  • Enhance and promote the company\'s employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with the corporate HR and communication teams to create compelling recruitment materials that highlight the company\'s values, culture, and benefits to potential candidates.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies during the recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Prepare regular reports and metrics on recruitment activities, hiring trends, and key performance indicators to assess and improve the efficiency of the recruitment function.
  • Staffing and Talent Acquisitions Solutions:
  • Participate to the implementation to the HR solutions selected by the Group to improve Staffing and Recruitment processes.
PROFILE:
  • Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field (preferably with Master\'s degree)
  • Experience: Significant experience (at least 5+ years) in staffing and talent acquisition in the Engineering Industry
  • Understanding of engineering roles, technical skills, and industry-specific requirements.
  • Familiarity with the tendering process and project management principles.
  • Recruitment Skills: Proven experience in sourcing, assessing, and selecting candidates for technical roles. Knowledge of candidate evaluation techniques, including interviews, technical assessments, and reference checks.
