Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, etc.)
Identify and convert new business opportunities within the UAE enterprise sector
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, solution presentation, proposal, and closing
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
Build long-term relationships with key clients and industry partners
Monitor market trends and competitor offerings
Prepare pipeline reports, forecasts, and strategic account plans
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus)
6-10 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE (preferably in a system integrator or IT vendor)
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies (networking, storage, servers, security)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Valid UAE driving license
