We are seeking an experienced
Construction Manager / Senior Project Engineer
to lead and oversee construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, site coordination, and team leadership within reputable construction companies in the UAE.Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and execute construction projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure quality and safety compliance. Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and contracts. Coordinate between design, procurement, and execution teams. Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and address delays or issues proactively. Ensure adherence to client requirements, company standards, and local regulations. Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication among all stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years' total experience
, with at least7 years in the UAE
in construction project management. Proven track record in handling mid- to large-scale projects from start to handover. Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills. Experience inleading or reputable construction companies
preferred. Candidates from strong firms with5+ years of UAE project-management experience
may also be considered.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
