. You will play a key role in the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities on-site and ensure they align with project plans and timelines.
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to maintain workflow and address project needs.
Monitor and enforce safety, health, and environmental policies on-site.
Prepare and review engineering documents, drawings, and reports.
Assist in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Report progress and challenges to the Project Manager regularly.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and MOHRE standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience in the UAE or Gulf construction industry.
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
MOHRE-approved engineer status (preference).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Sales or client-facing experience in the construction or engineering field.
Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities.
