This role will involve managing vendor operations and vendor performance across the country. The Vendor Operations Sr. Specialist will take ownership of improving service levels by measuring compliance, finding performance gaps, and taking actions to improve performance. The role will be managing a team and will be responsible for the overall vendor operations management and performance improvement.
What\'s On Your Plate?
- Manage vendor operations tasks and execute strategic projects while delivering on agreed KPIs
- Responsible for process improvements resulting in an increase in team efficiency and output and enhancing performance across agreed KPIs
- Improve vendor training quality and introduce new training modules for new and existing vendors
- Work alongside regional logistics, country sales and partner growth teams on actions and activities to drive vendor operations and performance forward
- Reporting and monitoring of KPIs and performance SLAs
- Drive key projects through end-to-end project management for performance improvement across operations and performance.
- Identify new opportunities to drive the department as well support country objectives
- Be hands-on with related back office tools and make necessary adjustments based on business needs.What Did We Order?
- Master\'s Degree is preferred but not mandatory
- 3-5 years of experience in food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred
- Experience in Data Analytics tools like tableau, Looker, etc
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent stakeholder management skills: Experience in dealing with cross-cultural team members and cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights from comprehensive data reports
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, work under pressure, and handle stress
- A motivated team player and support Vendor operation function overall objectives by going the extra mile
- Strong fundamentals in operations, performance and people management
- A team player and people manager who can work in a fast-paced environment with a make-it-happen attitude
