Job Summary
Part of the Regional Vendor Performance team, managing and improving the performance of Partners across all countries within the region. Taking ownership of vendor service levels by measuring compliance, finding performance gaps and executing a plan to fill performance related gaps.

What\'s On Your Plate?

Data & Analytics:
  • Leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to provide actionable insights and improve operational performance of partners.
  • Develop data-driven strategies and solutions from large, complex sets of data.
  • Own all dashboards for your KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and build new tools to improve visibility on performance.

Stakeholder Management:
  • Cross department collaboration by providing data backed recommendations, which drive platform-wide priorities and goals.
  • Work alongside the commercial and the logistics teams to improve operational efficiency of our partners by reducing order rejections, restaurant delays, and making sure we always deliver the best service to our customer.
  • Develop project scopes, timelines and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders ensuring technical feasibility.

Operational Excellence:
  • Responsible for monthly / quarterly goals and targets of all countries within the region.
  • Analyze, deepdive and find solutions to any potential issue that deviates from goals.
  • Define, implement and monitor procedures together with local teams to improve performance.
  • Lead weekly / biweekly meetings with the Commercial teams to follow on progress of top offenders.
  • Track and report performance metrics and SLAs, spot bottlenecks and address them with correct stakeholders, communicate priorities according to business needs.

What Did We Order?
  • 2-3 years of experience in operations, logistics or management consulting.
  • Excel/Google sheets proficiency.
  • Strong working knowledge of analytics tools like SQL, Google sheets, Tableau, Looker etc.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Arabic is a plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills: Experience in dealing with members and cross functional teams.
  • Passionate about analytics.
  • Hands-on attitude and willingness to challenge/improve the status quo.
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
