JOB DESCRIPTION:
Core Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
Create detailed event plans that outline objectives, target audiences, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for brand positioning and market expansion. Campaign Development:
Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
Work closely with the creative team to produce compelling content and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Years & Nature of Experience
6-8 years' experience with at least 6 years' experience in a similar role

6 years working experience in the UAE, with appropriate familiarity with the UAE market and regulations
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent English & Arabic written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
