Core Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Execution: xefx82xa7 Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the organizations overall goals and objectives. xefx82xa7 Create detailed event plans that outline objectives, target audiences, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs). xefx82xa7 Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for brand positioning and market expansion. Campaign Development: xefx82xa7 Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising. xefx82xa7 Work closely with the creative team to produce compelling content and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences. xefx82xa7 Utilize market research and customer insights to inform campaign strategies and messaging. Event Management: xefx82xa7 Lead the planning and execution of corporate events, trade shows, conferences, and community outreach initiatives. xefx82xa7 Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual needs, and transportation. xefx82xa7 Oversee on-site event management, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees and stakeholders. Stakeholder Engagement: xefx82xa7 Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, sponsors, vendors, and community organizations to enhance collaboration and support for events and marketing initiatives. xefx82xa7 Act as the primary point of contact for all event-related inquiries and communications. 2 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Threshold Qualifications xefx82xa7 Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. Years & Nature of Experience xefx82xa7 6-8 years experience with at least 6 years experience in a similar role xefx82xa7 6 years working experience in the UAE, with appropriate familiarity with the UAE market and regulations xefx82xa7 Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. xefx82xa7 Excellent English & Arabic written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. xefx82xa7 Proficiency in marketing software KEY INTERACTIONS Internal External xefx82xa7 All Departments for matters pertaining to communication and international relations xefx82xa7 Central Bank of the UAE Employees Signature Name Signature Department Heads Signature Performance Analysis: xefx82xa7 Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events through data collection and performance metrics. xefx82xa7 Prepare post-event reports and presentations that summarize outcomes, insights, and recommendations for future initiatives. xefx82xa7 Utilize analytics tools to track engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, making data driven decisions to optimize future strategies. Budget Management: xefx82xa7 Work closely with the head to manage budgets for marketing campaigns and events, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and maximizing cost effectiveness. xefx82xa7 Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing. Industry Trends and Best Practices: xefx82xa7 Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and event management. xefx82xa7 Attend industry conferences and networking events to enhance professional development and bring new ideas to the organization.
