Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities: Study and execute Production Schedule to meet delivery deadlines Establish training and development plans for employees Monitor and control all related KPI Accomplishes manufacturing results by communicating job expectations coordinating process requirements with different functions Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures Responsible for coaching, education, and necessary discipline of staff along with related documentation Work and collaborate with Cross Functional team to achieve set goals Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job Qualifications
Qualifications: Minimum Diploma in Mechanical engineering or Similar technical degree Minimum 5 years' experience in Lead Role from a Manufacturing Industry
Skills and Knowledge: Proven leadership skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development Proven analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills Strong organization and time-management skills. Ability to work as part of cross-functional teams. Knowledge of MRP/ERP - preferably JDE Good communication skills (oral and written). Ability to effectively interface and collaborate with internal and external customers to insure positive results. Knowledge in Microsoft Office Lean and Six Sigma Knowledge QHSE/API Management systems Knowledge
