Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Study and execute Production Schedule to meet delivery deadlines

+ Establish training and development plans for employees

+ Monitor and control all related KPI

+ Accomplishes manufacturing results by communicating job expectations coordinating process requirements with different functions

+ Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures

+ Responsible for coaching, education, and necessary discipline of staff along with related documentation

+ Work and collaborate with Cross Functional team to achieve set goals

+ Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions

+ Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford

+ Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level

+ Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job

Qualifications

Qualifications:

+ Minimum Diploma in Mechanical engineering or Similar technical degree

+ Minimum 5 years' experience in Lead Role from a Manufacturing Industry

Skills and Knowledge:

+ Proven leadership skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development

+ Proven analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills

+ Strong organization and time-management skills.

+ Ability to work as part of cross-functional teams.

+ Knowledge of MRP/ERP - preferably JDE

+ Good communication skills (oral and written). Ability to effectively interface and collaborate with internal and external customers to insure positive results.

+ Knowledge in Microsoft Office

+ Lean and Six Sigma Knowledge

+ QHSE/API Management systems Knowledge
