Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Sr. Sales Executive

with a strong background in sales and marketing within the

Residency and Citizenship by Investment (RCBI) industry

. The ideal candidate should have expertise in facilitating

investment-based residency and citizenship solutions for High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs)

, as well as experience in

education or immigration consultancy.



Requirements:



Minimum 2

years of experience

in sales and marketing within the

Residency and Citizenship by Investment (RCBI) industry



Proven success in facilitating

investment-based residency and citizenship solutions for high-net-worth individuals (HNIs)



In-depth knowledge of

Residency and Citizenship by Investment (CBI) programs



Key Accountabilities:



Market Strategy & Planning



Execute the marketing and business development plans developed by the Marketing Department. Conduct detailed

market research and competitive analysis

to identify trends and business opportunities. Assist in developing and implementing

marketing and brand positioning strategies

.

Sales & Business Development



Achieve monthly and quarterly

sales and revenue targets

as set by Head Office.

Responsible for generating a number of clients and revenue in different categories as per the objectives specified by organisation.

Build and maintain strong relationships

with HNI clients, ensuring retention and business growth.

Identify and onboard new HNI clients

for residency and citizenship investment programs.

Achieve

weekly/monthly/quarterly targets

for

in-person client meetings

.

Make sure to follow up with current leads, applicants, and clients to establish a personalized relationship.

Host and present at

webinars, seminars, and investor presentations

as required.

Establish

strategic partnerships

with

educational institutions, business associations, chambers of commerce, and elite clubs

.

Collaborate with the

Customer Care

team to ensure superior client servicing and retention

Reporting:



Provide

client feedback/complaint reports

to the customer care department. Submit

daily activity reports

(marketing initiatives, client interactions) to the Branch Manager/HO in the prescribed format. Track and report daily/weekly on: Number of

prospects contacted

Number of

qualified applicants engaged

Number of

new clients acquired


Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree

or equivalent

2

+ years of relevant experience

in investment migration, financial services, or HNWI client management

Strong

business acumen

, including budget planning and team development

Excellent

analytical and decision-making skills

with independent judgment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Experience:

* CBI : 2 years (Preferred)
