We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with 6-7 years of experience to join our team, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.Position: Senior Sales ExecutiveLocation: DubaiRole Overview: The Senior Sales Executive will drive revenue generation, identify new business opportunities, and maintain client relationships within the bathroom, sanitary ware, fixtures, fittings, tiles, and kitchen industry.Key Responsibilities: * Sales Generation:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prospect and acquire new clients through networking and lead generation.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and convert leads into opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and offer solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors.
  • Gather client feedback to understand market demands and preferences.
  • Provide insights to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Sales Support:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes.
  • Coordinate product demonstrations and presentations as needed.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and quotations.
  • Performance Reporting:
  • Track sales activities and results using CRM software.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 6-7 years of sales experience, preferably in the industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
  • Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel.
