Sr. Sales Executive

Job Description

The Sr. Sales Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining strong long-lasting relationships with customers and engages them to understand their financial needs and provide thoughtful solutions. The Sr. Sales Executive also manages the daily operations of their team including, hiring, performance reviews and oversight of daily functions.   • Manage team members by aiding in their development and training.
  • Support team members as needed with loan structuring, credit underwriting and sales calls.
  • Monitor team member's progress towards their sales goals.
  • Manage a portfolio of Personal loans and provide a high level of service resulting in client retention and loan growth.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of loans to a satisfactory level between bank and borrower.
  • Analyze financial information and apply sound underwriting to make credit decisions.
  • Know/follow the banks' loan policies and ensure team members are following policies.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline.
  • 2 - 3 years related successful UAE experience in Banking.
