The Sales Executive - Traditional Trade is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding product visibility, and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors within the traditional trade channel. The role ensures effective market coverage, product availability, and execution of marketing and sales strategies to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with wholesalers and key traditional trade accounts.
Ensure proper visibility, availability, and display of company products across all assigned outlets.
Implement sales and marketing promotions to increase product movement and brand awareness.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback to management.
Identify new business opportunities and potential outlets to expand market coverage.
Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and merchandising teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in FMCG sales.
Strong understanding of the UAE market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
