You will operate in a business facing, "helicopter" role, overseeing and prioritising initiatives across CRM, loyalty, customer data, BI, and store systems.
The position is not hands on technically, but requires a strong systems background and the confidence to manage senior stakeholders, challenge priorities, and ensure delivery through internal teams and vendors.
You will work closely with IT leadership and be involved in ongoing CRM and ERP transformation programmes.
