Job Purpose

Coordinate with customers, Support & Customer Service, Sales, and Revenue generation. Open a minimum of 8 non-borrowing accounts per month. Achieve liability, Forex, and Operating income targets from new bookings. Grow the liability base of Conventional and Islamic Deposits and CASA balances. Process customer applications promptly. Ensure account opening processes comply with NBF policies, procedures, and risk appetite statements. Have comprehensive knowledge of NBF liability products and offerings, including Cash Management Products. Cross-sell FX products to potential customers and liaise with the Treasury Department for referrals. Stay informed about market products offered by competitors and provide feedback for product, process, and service improvements. Manage customer grievances and complaints effectively and ensure timely resolution. Meet Operating Income and Average Balance targets from existing and new customers. Safeguard NBF's reputation by avoiding overcommitment and underdelivery. Maintain transparency with line managers and declare sources of referrals. Conduct due diligence as a team to onboard the right accounts aligned with the bank's risk appetite. Protect and enhance the bankaEUR(TM)s reputation at all times. Report high-risk accounts through whistleblowing channels for corrective action. Assist in obtaining necessary documentation from clients for due diligence and keep records updated. Review CPV reports carefully with Relationship Managers and address findings before onboarding accounts. Work Experience
