What You'll Do

• Manage a customer portfolio of 700-800 primarily non-borrowing clients
• Achieve monthly and annual KPIs related to portfolio value, revenue, cross-sell, and product activation
• Promote and cross-sell bank products including current accounts, loans, trade finance, FX services, and insurance
• Refer and upgrade clients to Sales and Coverage RMs within the segment
• Drive market penetration through referrals and new-to-bank client acquisition
• Maintain updated records including KYC and due diligence
• Handle account conduct, current account excesses, and ensure clean onboarding
• Monitor daily performance metrics and maintain accurate sales reports
• Maintain high levels of service and transparency with all customer interactions
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements

Ideal Profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in banking, preferably in client-facing, sales, or customer service roles
• Familiarity with retail or commercial banking functions is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client engagement skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is highly preferred
• Understanding of bank products, compliance protocols, and sales governance
• Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with strong market awareness
