Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Senior QA/QC Engineer

with extensive experience in aluminum and facade works. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, deep knowledge of quality standards, and solid on-site experience to ensure that all project activities adhere to approved quality procedures, specifications, and client requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance & Control

Develop and implement QA/QC procedures for aluminum and facade works in accordance with industry standards and project specifications. Conduct inspections, audits, and material verifications at all project stages to ensure compliance with approved drawings and standards. Ensure effective implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) throughout the project lifecycle.

Site Inspections

Perform daily site inspections to monitor fabrication and installation quality. Identify, document, and report non-conformities (NCRs), ensuring corrective and preventive actions are taken. Verify that site teams adhere to quality control procedures during production, assembly, and installation works.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, test reports, NCRs, and all quality-related documentation. Prepare weekly and monthly QA/QC reports detailing quality performance, trends, and recommendations. Manage documentation for material submittals, shop drawings, MIRs, and IRs to ensure timely approvals.

Training & Support

Provide training and technical support to project teams on QA/QC procedures and best practices. Work closely with the QA/QC Manager to resolve recurring issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Communication & Coordination

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on all quality-related matters. Attend technical and progress meetings, presenting updates, observations, and proposed corrective actions. Ensure smooth communication between site teams, fabrication units, and management regarding quality deliverables.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.

Experience:

6-10 years

of dedicated QA/QC experience in aluminum, facade, or construction projects, with strong on-site exposure.

Technical Skills:

Thorough understanding of QA/QC processes, ISO standards, ASTM requirements, and facade industry best practices. Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, quality documentation, and reporting methodologies. Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites simultaneously.

License:

Valid

UAE Driving License

with readiness to travel frequently between sites.
