Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Execution
Lead the entire project lifecycle from initiation to handover, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring seamless project execution.
Leadership & Team Management
Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Promote teamwork and maintain a high-performance culture across project teams.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring continuous communication, issue resolution, and client satisfaction.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers to support project success.
Budget & Cost Control
Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial discipline.
Implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality or timelines.
Risk Management
Identify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
Ensure timely decision-making to prevent delays or cost overruns.
Site Management & Coordination
Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Coordinate activities among subcontractors, site engineers, and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency.
Quality Assurance
Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure all work meets technical specifications and client expectations.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
Contractor & Supplier Management
Oversee procurement processes, including material sourcing, vendor evaluation, and delivery tracking.
Ensure timely availability of high-quality materials as per project schedules.
Progress Reporting
Prepare and present periodic progress reports to management and clients, highlighting milestones, challenges, and corrective actions.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Health & Safety Compliance
Enforce compliance with HSE regulations and company safety standards.
Promote a culture of safety awareness and accountability across all project teams.

Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale facade or glazing projects.
Licenses & Certifications:
Valid UAE Driving License
(required).
PMP or equivalent certification
is an advantage.
Technical & Professional Skills:
Strong understanding of
aluminum and glazing systems

AutoCAD, Revit
, and other design/project management software.
