Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
Lead the entire project lifecycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
Develop comprehensive project plans including schedules, manpower, budgets, and material requirements.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
Leadership & Team Management
Supervise and mentor engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Foster teamwork and maintain a culture of high performance and accountability.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure clear communication, prompt issue resolution, and high client satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with

Prepare and manage project budgets and track financial performance.
