. The role requires end-to-end project execution from engineering to final delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements, safety standards, and project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of EPC projects including engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction phases.
Lead projects involving
pressure vessels
,
heat exchangers
,
static equipment
,
storage tanks
, and
structural steel
fabrication.
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure strict compliance with international codes and standards (such as ASME, API, TEMA, UL, etc.).
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including design, procurement, production, QA/QC, and EHS.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, maintaining strong stakeholder communication and satisfaction.
Review and approve technical documents including fabrication drawings, material requisitions, and ITPs.
Monitor project progress through KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed.
Manage contract scope, changes, claims, and commercial issues efficiently.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory requirements throughout the project duration.
Lead, guide, and mentor project team members to ensure high performance and accountability.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (Master's degree is an advantage).
PMP certification or equivalent project management credential preferred.
Minimum 12+ years of experience in managing EPC projects in Oil & Gas, Utilities, or Industrial Manufacturing sectors.
Strong hands-on experience in managing projects involving
pressure vessels

heat exchangers
,
static equipment
,
UL-listed tanks
, and
steel structures
.
Deep knowledge of international standards such as ASME Section VIII Div. 1 & 2, TEMA, API 650/620, and UL standards.
Strong leadership, commercial, and client relationship management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, and ERP systems.
Familiarity with fabrication workshop practices and industrial manufacturing environments.
