Job Title: Civil Sr. Project Manager - Hospital Projects Experience Required - (1 Nos)

We are urgently seeking an experienced Civil Sr. Project Manager to lead the execution of large- scale hospital and healthcare construction projects

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of civil construction projects, from initiation to completion and handing over to end user on time Provide specialized expertise in hospital or healthcare facility construction. Supervise and coordinate the work of engineers, site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor project progress and performance; implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure all works comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Review and approve project designs, drawings, and technical submittals. Control budgets, manage costs, and prepare financial reports. Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare detailed progress reports and present project updates to senior management. Maintain quality assurance and adherence to industry codes and standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree is a plus). Dubai Municipality Unlimited License and valid Society of Engineers (SOE) certificate - Mandatory. Minimum 25+ years of experience in civil construction, including: 20+ years in a Project Manager role Strong experience in hospital/healthcare projects is required. Deep understanding of construction methodologies, UAE building codes. Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure and deliver results. Arabic speaking shall be advantage.
