Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled senior project manager/project manager with excellent communication skills to join out team.

Responsible for creating comprehensive project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and supervising the project execution process on site to ensure resource allocation, budgeting and cost control and maintain quality standards. Responsible for liaising with all relevant authorities, including Free zone authorities, to obtain project approvals from start to finish. (A strong background in handling related paperwork is an added advantage). Dealing with concerned building management to understand constraints related to fit out manuals, payment structure or work restrictions. Responsible for conducting site surveys for upcoming projects along with the MEP team. Preparing civil methodology programs, RFI submittals and meeting agendas for projects. Responsible for identifying reliable subcontractors, skilled workers and supervising junior employees, and managing daily objectives. Accountable for coordinating with authorities for spot checks, and adhere to project-specific HSE. Should be proficient in creating a customer- requested schedule, regularly updating it and highlighting opportunities and risks. Coordinating with all associated teams and report weekly project meetings outcome. Timely informing accounts about progress invoices in accordance with contract.
Requirements:

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Fit-out. Excellent communication skills.
