Job Title: Project Manager - Fitout

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards for fit-out, MEP, and joinery works.
- Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure successful project execution.
- Design and Execution: Oversee interior design and fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project timelines and budgets are maintained.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in fit-out, MEP, and joinery projects in Dubai.
- Education: Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Certifications: Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or interior design (e.g., LEED AP) is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Dubai Experience: Experience working on fit-out projects in Dubai, with knowledge of local regulations and standards.
- MEP and Joinery Expertise: Experience in managing MEP and joinery works, ensuring compliance with specifications and industry standards.
Salary: AED 10000-16000 + benefits as per UAE law
