We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Engineer with a strong background in aluminum and facade works to oversee and execute facade projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will manage project planning, coordination, installation supervision, and quality compliance while ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage facade/aluminum scope from design review to final handover.
Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and internal design/production teams.
Review shop drawings, technical submittals, and method statements.
Plan and supervise site installation activities ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Monitor project progress, manpower, and material planning to meet deadlines.
Conduct site inspections, resolve technical/site issues, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and QA/QC standards.
Prepare and submit progress reports, RFIs, MIRs, WIRs, and handover documentation.
Lead coordination meetings and act as the main technical point of contact.
Manage subcontractors and ensure productivity and workmanship standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 6-10 years of experience in facade/aluminum projects in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of facade systems (unitized, stick, curtain wall, cladding, louvers, etc.).
Hands-on experience in site execution and project coordination.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting tools.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and safety standards.
Ability to manage multiple sites/projects.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED11,500.00 per month
