Amazon is looking for a Senior Program Manager for the Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) program in UAE and KSA. AVS is a premium paid service offered to some of our largest Retail selling partners to enable them to accelerate their growth in our marketplaces. In GCC, AVS onboards dozens of vendors on a yearly basis, and we hire dozens of Brand Specialists to cope with the program growth. We strive to create a service that improves our vendors\' toolkit to succeed online, and also on hiring and developing a high performing organization that in the long run acts as a talent pool for the rest of Amazon.
Key job responsibilities As Sr. PM, you will own initiatives that help us on: 1. Hiring. Identifying and onboarding dozens of people require programmatic efforts; 2. Improving team productivity. By launching tech solutions, designing new processes, and offshoring work to remote teams; 3. Financial controllership. Help us develop mechanisms to ensure program health from a financial standpoint; 4. Program expansion. Defining the AVS ratecard, potential vendor pipeline, and growth targets; 5. Vendor Experience. Collect vendor satisfaction data and develop vendor-facing initiatives to improve satisfaction and ROI; 6. Business impact. Work with partner teams (supply chain, selection, marketing) to equip the AVS team to increase the value added to our service and vendors.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience - Master\'s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
