Production Engineer - Short Company: Structural Steel Metalwork Company Location: Sharjah, UAE Experience: Minimum 5 years of UAE experience required Immediate Joiner: Yes Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production process for structural steel and metalwork projects.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop and implement production plans to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Train and supervise production staff to maintain high levels of productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to manage materials and inventory.
- Prepare production reports and documentation for management review.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production engineering, preferably in structural steel and metalwork.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
