Job Description
Sr .Procurement Officer ? Interior Fit-Out ? Developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures ? Identifying and assessing potential suppliers and negotiating contracts ? Managing relationships with suppliers and vendors ? Monitoring market trends and identifying cost-saving opportunities ? Managing the procurement budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness ? Overseeing the purchasing process, including requisition, purchase order, and invoice approval ? Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical procurement practices ? Managing the inventory and storage of purchased goods ? Collaborating with other departments to understand their needs and ensure they are met ? Identifying and managing risks associated with procurement activities. Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required
- Procurement Field: 2 years UAE (Required)
- ? Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
- ? Should be proficient in Microsoft office especially in Ms. Excel & Word (Microsoft Office)
- ? Purchasing, vendor negotiations experience required.
- -Experience in preparing financial reports and cost estimation
- -Should be fluent in English language.
- -Must be inside UAE location
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
