Key Responsibilities:
Lead the procurement process for materials, equipment, and subcontracted services across various construction projects.
Analyze vendor quotes, evaluate bids based on technical/commercial criteria, and recommend suppliers.
Develop and manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
Coordinate with engineering and project teams to align procurement timelines with project schedules.
Handle RFQs, RFPs, and Purchase Orders, ensuring transparency and adherence to company policies.
Maintain procurement records, tracking cost savings, supplier performance, and delivery metrics.
Work closely with finance and legal departments to ensure favorable payment terms and contract compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
5+ years of procurement experience in the contracting/construction industry.
Strong technical understanding of civil and MEP materials and services.
Proven track record of supplier negotiation and procurement strategy development.
Knowledge of local and international vendors and markets.
Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office.
