villa construction projects within the UAE
and possess strong technical and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee villa building projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
Monitor progress, resolve on-site challenges, and control project costs.
Provide technical guidance and leadership to site teams throughout all project phases.
Requirements:
8-10 years of proven experience
in villa/building projects within the UAE.
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering
or equivalent.
Fluency in Arabic (mandatory requirement).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
