Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

(Degree in

Quantity Surveying

is an added advantage).

Experience:



5 to 10 years

of solid experience as a

Procurement Engineer

on

construction projects

in the UAE.

Required Skills:



In-depth knowledge of

contract law

, terms and conditions, and their legal implications. Proficiency in

expediting

,

vendor quality surveillance

, and

logistics

(Incoterms, freight forwarding, and site materials control). Sound understanding of

local and international procurement processes

including cross-border equipment and materials movement. Strong

commercial acumen

, performance evaluation, and

risk mitigation

strategies. Excellent

commercial evaluation

and

analytical skills

. Outstanding

written and verbal communication

skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). Strong

negotiation and interpersonal

skills. A

valid UAE driving license

is preferred.
