Position Title: Sr. Performance Marketing Specialist

Salary: up to 18K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

\xc2\xa7 Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, Lead Generation and boost sales.
\xc2\xa7 Manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across various platforms and effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards.
\xc2\xa7 Utilize data-driven insights to make adjustments aimed at enhancing campaign performance to achieve ROI, and regularly provide recommendations to the marketing team.
\xc2\xa7 Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing regular insights and recommendations to the marketing team.
\xc2\xa7 Collaborate with the Marketing and Branding Manager on creative direction, while managing the performance marketing budget effectively.
