Job Description

The Senior Officer role for Retail Banking is within the Bank\'s Retail Credit Function. The role of Credit Team is to spread customer financials, monitor covenants and assist the unit in effective and efficient account / portfolio management. The officer will also take part in an development programmes that aim to build his/her capabilities towards his / her career in the Bank.

\xef\x82\xa7 Retail Credit support to various stakeholders
\xef\x82\xa7 Update the TML with new / deleted companies
\xef\x82\xa7 Assist in preparing and conducting the Credit Clinic courses
\xef\x82\xa7 Central Bank
\xef\x82\xa7 Dashboard Retail Credit
\xef\x82\xa7 Overall Retail Credit Collection Assisting
\xef\x82\xa7 RCAP / RMS
\xef\x82\xa7 TML
\xef\x82\xa7 Portfolio Management

Job Context

Our unit is the centralised credit management of all retail products / underwriting / collections. We need to review the quality of the loans granted, the portfolio behaviour and act as guides to various stakeholders.

Education

Minimum University Degree or Higher Diploma

Experience and Skills

\xef\x82\xa7 Preference for relevant degree ( e.g. Finance, Banking, Accountancy, Business, Economics, etc).
\xef\x82\xa7 New Graduate or a Graduate with or up to 2 years of work experience.
\xef\x82\xa7 Intermediate MS Office skills.
\xef\x82\xa7 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
\xef\x82\xa7 Languages - native Arabic speaker and fluency in English (spoken and written).
As well as the above, natural \'networkers\' who are able to build loyalty and inspire results, and who can handle a challenging and diverse workload. Previous customer service or sales experience will be favourably considered.
