Key Accountabilities
Assure immediate processing of all applications received from the branches/sales through RCAP.
Manage retail assets portfolio and consolidating the achievements to retail management.
To prepare yearly /monthly / weekly and daily MIS reports related to retail portfolio
Responding to queries raised by branches/Sales.
Ensure compliance with Risk, Compliance & Audit policies & procedures
Achievement of the Well Managed KPIs as documented in the WMK Scorecard related to:
Risk & Compliance training, Closure of high and medium risk IA items beyond agreed timelines, compliance towards the Bank\'s Risk & Compliance Policies, ORMF and Information Security policies within the
Service Quality
To provide high quality service to branches, Priority team & DST.
Responding to queries raised by branches/DST regarding retail products.
Monitor & optimize productivity and efficiency in RCIT
Keeping proper and equal distribution of all cases among the team.
Innovation - Introduce at least one idea to improve process or reduce cost.
Other Accountabilities
Internal & External Training
Organize training for RCIT staff based on training gaps identified, Minimum three trainings to be completed per staff per year.
Retail credit eLearning, trainings and awareness sessions.
Ensure IDP, & capacity plans are up-to-date.
MIS Goals
Circulation of yearly /monthly / weekly and daily MIS reports related to retail product.
Prepare RCIT capacity plan on yearly basis or as required.
Credit Goals
To check and approve all retail assets and products within his authority as per the policies and procedures.
Assure immediate processing of all applications received from the branches, Priority Team & DST
Priority cases & VIP cases to be process first Policy & SOP
All retail credit policies and SOP must be up to date
Branch Visit
Branch visits to be done during the year to highlight any process change, understand issue which are facing by front line staff and take necessary action against the same.
CRM Objectives
Create and maintain a compliance culture through maintenance of the Compliance Risk Management framework within the business.
Coordinate and assist in regulatory and other audits, sample testing of compliance monitoring undertaken by the Compliance Representatives.
Ensure timely completion of compliance management actions and timely submission of accurate compliance reports, including the execution of monitoring actions.
Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
Responsible for ensuring proper Business Continuity Plan (BCP) is in place. All laid down processes in the plan are followed in case of a disaster situation.

Creativity in terms of meeting with branches / sales / SME /Entire department.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English (write, speak & read)
Work Experience
Should have 10 years\' experience in Banking & minimum 5 years\' in a sales & service role.
Ability to speak fluent English / Arabic
Good knowledge of local banking regulations.
Good knowledge of all retail products
Should have basic PC skills (MS Office & spread sheet)
