Role covers the key responsibilities of Staff Rewards and HR Strategy for bank and its subsidiaries. Responsibilities include but not limited to enhancing the bank\'s Employee Well Being Program/ Work life balance, ownership of Policies and Procedures, analysing market benefits and recommend changes in benefits, full rounded understanding on Staff Costs and Budgets, ownership of Annual Attestations, Flexible Benefits (end to end).
This position is the focal point of contact for all new joiners and guiding them through the various joining forms and procedures of the bank.
Key Accountabilities
Administer and manage HR Staff Policy, ensuring timely discussions with stakeholders prior to expiry; checking the Arabic translations (internal & external vendor) liaising with IST and Risk in uploading revised versions.
Maintaining the tracker / versions for record and audit trail.
Manage the Employee Well Being program and lead all EWP initiatives across the bank - tasks involve coordinating with vendor for all EWP campaigns, materials to be displayed on My NBF, facilitate EWP road shows.
Consistently work towards increased engagement of staff in EWP and usage of portal.
Administer the Annual Staff Attestation - tasks include but not limited to: - Q3 each year agree with Compliance team the forms - Ensure internal approvals for any changes - Liaise with IST team for setting up in HRMS - Focal contact point for UAT and sign-off results (HR & Compliance) - Roll out the live exercise - Send periodic follow-ups for completion
Other Accountabilities
Administer and manage the NBF Flex Benefits Program - tasks include but not limited to: - Come up at new and attractive Flex options for staff in line with bank\'s appetite and costs - Timely meeting with vendors; covering price negotiations, ensuring all NDA\'s & contracts in place prior to go live - Liaise with IST in setting up the HRMS with necessary attachments including UAT - Assisting staff queries - Post closure of Flex window, reporting to stakeholders/vendors and invoicing - Facilitate staff throughout the Flex year on any issues.
HR Benefits - analyse NBF staff benefits and conduct detailed analysis of market benefits and practices. Recommendations for changes / amendments to NBF benefits/practices
Other Accountabilities
Role manages a number of key admin tasks; some shared and some back-up tasks - include but not limited to: - MIS on Staff travels & Covid reports - Uploading of relevant staff communication on MYNBF & JAM - Managing issues / follow-up on HR Service Manager - Assist with Arabic translations and letters Work closely with line manger on number of projects and special projects like Annual Staff cost budget, ESS review of staff comments and associated tasks, facilitation of reward programs Will also be actively involved in all UAT in HRMS programs Actively involved in addressing staff queries related to all HR Admin functions and provides advisory services to staff.

Key contributor for HR Rewards projects and tasks as assigned from time to time Required to broaden skill and knowledge in Financial Accounting, Provisioning and Staff Costing Working knowledge of T24, Pacman and to be developed into back-up for HRMS-SAP system Will need to gain a full understanding of HRSS and working knowledge around HR Business Partnering and Learning & Development modules

Education level required - Degree level in a relevant discipline (High School for UAE Nationals)

Work Experience - Minimum of one to two years in a HR capacity
