Job Description

Experience Requirements



Minimum

13 years

of total professional experience At least

5 years of UAE experience

in

Villa, Residential, and Commercial projects

Strong exposure to the

MEP contracting environment


Key Responsibilities



Prepare and manage

project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts

Perform

pre-contract and post-contract cost control

activities Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate

variation orders and claims

Monitor project progress and ensure

costs align with execution schedules

Review

subcontractor quotations, BOQs, and payment certifications

Manage

contractual matters

in coordination with project and contracts teams Prepare

monthly cost reports, financial statements, and management reports

Maintain accurate

documentation and records

in line with company procedures

Lead, mentor, and guide

junior cost control and QS team members

Key Skills & Competencies



Quantity Surveying & Cost Control Cost Consulting & Budget Management Variation Claims & Final Accounts Contracts Management Project Progress Monitoring Pre & Post Contract Administration Project Management Reporting & Documentation Team Management & Coordination

Qualifications



Bachelor's Degree in

Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Quantity Surveying

Professional certifications (preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Candidate Profile



Strong

analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

Excellent

communication and reporting abilities

Ability to manage

multiple projects simultaneously

Familiar with

UAE construction standards and contract practices

UAE Driving License

is required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
