Open Positions:
1. MEP Planning Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare project schedules and monitor actual progress. Coordinate works between mechanical, electrical, and plumbing departments. Analyze work progress and prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum of 5 years' experience in MEP project planning. Proficiency in Primavera and/or MS Project.
2. MEP Cost Control Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review cost estimates and project budgets. Monitor expenses and analyze cost variances. Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure cost efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management. Minimum of 5 years' experience in MEP cost control. Strong knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.
