Project budgeting, cost control & cash flow management
Pre & post-contract cost control activities
Variations, claims & final accounts
Review BOQs, subcontractor quotations & payments
Monthly cost reports & financial statements
Coordination with project & contracts teams
Lead and support junior cost control/QS staff
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying
UAE Driving License preferred
