We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager within our Trauma Division.
The incumbent will be responsible for driving and aligning our MEA Trauma commercial business needs and aligning with all relevant stakeholders.

Essential Job Functions
  • Develop and execute local marketing plan in line with overall regional/global framework.
  • Refine and execute brand value propositions, utilising local data points as necessary to localise.
  • Undertake local country competition environment and research to identify opportunities and threats, feedback relevant data to region/global.
  • Build and execute multichannel marketing communications plan in line with marketing plan objectives, utilizing globally developed campaign toolbox.
  • Execute new product launches in line with launch plan.
  • Manage product deletions maintaining a healthy portfolio.
  • Provide appropriate sales force support in executing marketing messages and utilising supporting evidence.
  • Feedback local country inputs and requirements into NPD/brand councils via regional marketing.
  • Manage pricing of the brands in line with strategic pricing guidance and market dynamics
  • Develop and communicate forward product forecasts, ensuring impact of key campaigns, tender wins are assessed.
  • Liaise with key customers and local KELs as necessary to validate marketing plans and support educational initiatives.
  • Develop promotion and MedED activities in line with Global and Regional framework
  • Ensure a training program applicable for the portfolio and level of Sales Rep experience
  • Lead marketing planning process and give input and support in budget planning process.
  • Develop business model and analysis to identify and verify growth opportunities for Franchise strategic projects
  • Lead MEA transversal projects and special assignments
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Science, Master’s, or MBA degree preferable
  • Minimum of 10 years marketing experience in the multinational Medical Device company in the MEA Region and 5 years’ experience in a leadership role.
