Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and suppliers to manage shipment schedules and costs.
- Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and distribution to ensure efficiency and minimize delays.
- Coordinate customs clearance, documentation, and regulatory compliance for imports and exports.
- Work closely with internal departments, including procurement, sales, and finance, to streamline logistics processes.
- Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and proactively address any supply chain disruptions.
- Analyze logistics data and provide reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize operational efficiency.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and logistics service providers to secure competitive pricing and service levels.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in logistics operations.
